We aim to ship within 1 - 2 working days from receipt of your order.

If you change your mind orders may be cancelled in writing by fax (02380 667728) or e-mail providing the goods have not been despatched.

Should any items arrive faulty or damaged you must advise us within 3 days of receipt. We will then arrange  a replacement sent or a full refund given.

You may return any item within 10 days of receipt for a full refund providing that any items returned are in original saleable condition, original packaging, and have not been made/cut to your specification , postage and packaging at your cost.
